🛍️ Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Just visit hamperoos.com, browse our range of hampers, add your favourites to your basket, and follow the secure checkout process. You can also leave a personalised message at checkout (if available for the product).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal, Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WooPayments, and Coinbase for cryptocurrency payments.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Unfortunately, we can only process one payment method per transaction.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us immediately at info@hamperoos.com.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can enter your promo code at the checkout page before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the UK and selected international locations. Shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your location.

What are your delivery timeframes?

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
  • International Delivery: 5–10 working days (location dependent)

Do you offer weekend or same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Weekend delivery may be available for select areas and couriers at an additional charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes! During checkout, you’ll be able to request a preferred delivery date. We aim to meet your request, though we can’t guarantee exact dates during peak seasons.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate it with the courier.

Are your hampers customisable?

Many of our hampers allow you to personalise the message, choose a ribbon colour, or add extras like greeting cards or additional treats. This will be shown on the product page.

Can I build my own hamper?

We’re working on a “Build Your Own Hamper” feature — stay tuned! For now, you can contact us directly for custom orders.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! You can write a personalised message at checkout. This will be printed and included inside the hamper packaging.

Can you remove the invoice/receipt if it’s a gift?

Yes — we never include pricing in gift hampers. You can mark it as a gift at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do the hampers come in branded boxes?

Yes. All our hampers are beautifully packed in branded boxes or gift-ready packaging that makes a great impression.

Yes. Each product in your hamper will include the original manufacturer’s label with ingredients and allergen details.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Damages

Can I return a hamper?

If your hamper is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. You’ll need to contact us first to arrange the return.

Do you cover return shipping?

Unless your item was damaged or incorrect, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

What if my hamper is damaged on arrival?

Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Can I get a refund on personalised hampers?

Personalised or custom hampers are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check spelling and choices before placing your order. Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised hampers unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty. Please ensure all customisation details (e.g. names, messages, preferences) are correct at the time of ordering.
