Hamperoo is a UK-based online business specialising in curated chocolate and sweet hampers for gifting occasions.


2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Images shown are for illustration purposes; packaging and contents may vary.
  • Minor substitutions may occur (e.g. during high-demand periods), but any significant changes will be communicated prior to dispatch.
  • All hampers are sold for personal gifting use only — not for resale.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, WooPayments, and Coinbase (if enabled).
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock.
  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.

4. Delivery

  • We currently offer UK-wide shipping and limited international delivery (where stated).
  • Couriers used include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, and similar services.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Shipping details, costs, and options are shown at checkout.
  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email and tracking details when your order is shipped.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, customs delays).

Key points:

  • Non-personalised hampers can be returned within 14 days, if unopened and in original condition.
  • Personalised or custom hampers are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are offered for:
    • Damaged or defective items (with photo evidence provided within 48 hours)
    • Orders lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
    • Orders cancelled before dispatch

6. Allergens & Product Safety

  • All products are handled hygienically and sealed appropriately.
  • Ingredients and allergens are listed on individual product packaging.
  • Our hampers may include items that contain or are produced in facilities that handle:
    Nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, sesame, and other allergens.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review allergen information before consuming or gifting.
  • Hamperoo is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or consumer negligence.

7. Personalisation

  • If your hamper includes custom options (e.g., printed names, labels, or gift messages), please ensure all information is accurate before completing checkout.
  • We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., typos in names).
  • Personalised items are exempt from cancellation and return policies, unless faulty or damaged.

8. Use of Website

  • All content (images, logos, product text, descriptions) is the intellectual property of Hamperoo and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
  • You must not misuse the website (e.g., by introducing viruses, attempting fraud, scraping content, or accessing user data).
  • We reserve the right to block or terminate access if any misuse or abusive behaviour is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Emotional distress from gift outcomes
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers
  • Consumption of products against medical advice or dietary needs

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.


10. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to dispatch.
After dispatch, returns are only processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom or personalised hampers cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
